Your confidentiality is achieved with a state-of-the-art electronic security system and data encryption/password protection. All physical documents are secured in lock containers.

We provide home healthcare based on the client's medical, personal and situational needs. The client and family are included in all steps of creating the plan of care, and are encouraged to let staff know when changes occur so that the plan may be updated to meet the client's current needs. Midwest Home Care staff will also notify other care providers of the changes.

Thorough background checks are performed on all of our professionals. All employees must have 2+ years of experience, letters of reference, and professional licensing. A nurse, from Midwest Home Care, will meet with a potential new client at the beginning of care. The nurse and client/family will discuss what care is needed for the client, and then a personalized plan of care is created. Midwest Homecare scheduling staff review the needs of client and match that client with our professional staff member who is best able to meet the needs of the client. At Midwest Home Care we are committed to providing the highest quality healthcare services to our clients.

Fee payments vary depending on individual circumstance and qualification. Fees are typically paid by private pay, insurance companies or state and federal agencies.

All Midwest Home Care professionals are supervised by the Administrative staff. Each client is assigned an RN case manager who, along with other RN and LPN staff, monitor the care provided and complete supervisory visits to make sure that the client's plan of care is accurate and update.

At Midwest Home Care we ensure the aide placed with your loved one is a good fit. If, for some reason, he or she is not; we replace them immediately.
